DVD of the week: Atonement

distracting my attention with great difficulty, "the object of my desire" I have seen in weeks a great movie that's been a while 'meditating to see ... ESPIAZIONE

The film is spread over an apparently linear path, that of jealousy and its consequences at the end of the Atonement of them ... and this is 'last part to give the title the film and the novel by Ian McEwan from which it is drawn.

A compelling story, a good director and a talented Keira Knightley, as well as a final surprise definitely make this film a must see ... I'm away from defining it as a masterpiece, but it is a small gem that deserves Film definitely to be seen ... at the end of the movie I was very pleased with the distinct impression that it took two hours, the canto well spent to see it:)

Which rarely happens to me I give the film a vote of 5 out of 5 stars ... well you'll see that I liked a lot: O

As usual I'll leave the plot comes from Wikipedia and the movie trailer:

the summer of 1935, thirteen year old Briony Tallis is the witness of the relationship between Robbie , the son of a servant, and her older sister Cecilia. Briony, because of young age and his wild imagination, dramatically misunderstands words and acts of Robbie, believing that the boy is a sex maniac and trying to abuse his sister. I will try when they see the violence of the rich and the young owner of a chocolate factory (guest in his house) on one of her friends, accusing Robbie of being the rapist. This will cause dire consequences for Robbie, who, instead of staying to rot in prison, will choose to go to war on the French front, where he died a short time before the ships salpino for England. Cecilia rather die drowning after the bombing of the subway where he was. Briony, will face a painful journey of repentance and atonement during the terrible years of World War II to become a successful writer. You will remember his sister and her lover who will write the final story (just Atonement).
